Julia's Peacock Big Ray-3

This was bumped into by accident. Uses Ruckerbrot, genIFS, _lorenz, _Polyfolding - while observing using the Julia mode Navigator (very useful).  The backround is a tweaked Sunlit Pong 167 by Undead Academy.  Learning more and more all the time.  Hopefully people like it.
